"I have had 2 healthy babies with this practice. I switched to Dr. Call at 30 weeks pregnant with my first and she just delivered my second this past summer. She and Dr. Ball are the best; they always explain things thoroughly and are very knowledgeable. They are respectful of my personal decisions but also explain the risks and benefits in a way that is not condescending. The office is clean and the nurses and office staff are always friendly. Many of my friends and family go here and I've never heard anything negative."

"I am pregnant for the first time and I am a young mom. I had switched obgyn’s to this one because of a family member coming here and liking it. Ever since my first appointment with Adriana the PA I loved it because she was always very kind and loving to me. I then a couple appointments later in my pregnancy saw Dr.Call and she was also very nice and kind to me as well and I liked her and thought she was amazing just as well. I feel so very happy and have had a great experience here with both and even the other staff members. Another thing to mention is the fact I have had hyperemesis and have had to go to the hospital multiple times in my journey and I have had to call the nurses many times there to tell them what’s going on and they were so beyond wonderful and amazing! I seriously always felt heard and helped. With my bad and horrible beginning of my pregnancy they have helped me get what I need and have helped me out lots! I also went to my first ultrasound there a couple months ago at 13 weeks and the ultrasound person Kari who did it was also very sweet and nice to me the entire time and gave me amazing detailed pictures! I so far have had an amazing experience and I have recommended this obgyn to my family members because of how wonderful they have treated me. I am very glad I have found this obgyn!"

"EDIT - the “we care” email they provide in the generic rebuttal is completely non-responsive. That being said: In addition to not being able to handle my complicated pregnancy, they filled out my short term disability paperwork incorrectly and I lost *at least* a week of paid leave, if not three. Even if you’re sleep deprived and hospitalized make sure to double check their math. If you are experiencing any sort of complications in your pregnancy and don’t want to wait on hold constantly - even while going into labor - also wouldn’t recommend. They *will not* answer the phone and admittedly cannot handle anything complicated."

"Let me tell you something this hospital is beyond a disgrace!! Joris a ball the physician was trying to advocate as a gynecologist! Shes a physician advocating someone that caught something to be quiet about it and keep spreading it in other words to not care about her disease gave her no medical advice on how to take care of it she wants this to keep going in the community and being spread!!! discrimination at its finest!!!"
