"If you cannot help yourself, staff won't either. Clients don't get the medical care they need and subsiquintly die. Staff is lazy and racist and steal from clients. "I'm here for the paycheck" is said by staff. They laugh and make fun of clients. Even its director bullies and makes fun of their mental illness. Staff is abusive towards each other and clients. If you have a severe mental illness and a lack of support system, you will not get the help you need. This is not a mental health facility, its a boarding house where staff take advantage of their authority. It is in need of restructure and new staff and management that care about others."
