"Been going to Main peds for 6 years and I love how personalized the conversations become. The staff is easy to talk to and really show interest in addressing concerns. After all we are in the same world experiencing the same things lol. So it's nice how informative they are. My son was a premie when we started so it has been a journey a butterfly coming out the cocoon. He is now walking talking and meeting his growth if not exceeding. It has been a journey and they have been so supportive. I remember some how being in the office of the one lady who offered services for the children. She was very kind I enjoyed speaking with her just to talk it's something about older ones who just give a natural comfort having that experienced wisdom. I don't believe she's there anymore. But the staff I continue to encounter are nice. And now my youngest child is going to Main peds and I got to experience Dr Friedan who is AMAZING and I'm now experiencing Dr Leslie who is also nice to work with. The office take great measures when dealing with illnesses that arises. I like how the entrances are separated for sick symptoms(COVID) visits. And they have selected rooms for such trying to limit exposure to others. Really is considerate. Also when calling for sick visits I could speak with someone if not leave a message and would get a call back the SAME day and have an appointment if needed. Very accommodating. Lastly I appreciate the books given at the well visits not only it something for the kids but a way for us parents to interact with them and remember to read. My son really enjoyed the potty book when I was potty training him."

"I used to love Main Pediatrics. The doctors, nurses and staff were amazing and very supportive. Over the years their operations have become less and less effective. From reduced office hours, to not turning on the phone line at 9am when they open, to not following up on paperwork requests despite multiple calls. I wish I could give a better rating but it's been harder and harder each year to want to stay."

"Service was very poor. I came to my schedule appointment 10 minutes early to be seen a hour and a half later. When I asked the nurses assistant how much longer. She told me another 10 minutes which turned into another half in hour at this point I'm getting frustrated. Not to mention another pediatrician knocked on the door and opened it and said wrong room. At this point I'm confused. After today I don't think my kids will be a client at this pediatric."

"My family has been with Main Pediatrics for decades with Dr. Friedan as our pediatrician since the eldest of my 3 sons arrived 30+ years ago. Nurse Chris is always our favored Go-To. And I must mention Ms.Rhonda and the Ladies of the staff here are amazing. AMAZING. These ladies are professionals and are dedicated to helping your family!"

"I have two generations that attended this clinic. My daughters become patients when Dr. Leslie Clap (who we miss dearly) was running it back in 1990's with Dr. Emily Friedan who is still holding the fort down. She is thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. My sons' were patients from day 1 in 2005 & 2006 with Dr. Jonathan Daniels (who we also miss dearly). Soon they will be aging out. This will be a sad day for me. All of the staff are helpful, polite, and respectful. Turn-over rate is very low. Most of the staff have been there since 2005. If you want quality care this is the practice you are looking for!"
