"As per referral from Dr. Howard Levine, I went to the UROGOLY Group of NJ for a stubborn UTI. The first pro is the location—I live only half a block away. As a first-time patient I was able to land an appointment in a couple of weeks, which isn’t bad considering I’ve had to wait over a month to be seen by some as a first-time patient. The staff is moderately friendly and professional as far as I’ve witnessed & experienced—I’ve had no issues with booking appointments and have never been on the receiving end of an unnecessary attitude. The doctors, themselves have been proactive despite my stubborn, recurrent UTI (as a result of this, I’ve already had to visit the office multiple times since late last summer), prescribing antibiotics to help combat my infection and performing an ultrasound on my kidneys. Well, my UTI has once again reared its ugly head so I’ll be heading there tomorrow, thankfully sans appointment to drop off a bit of yellow water for testing. Hoping this time we can take more aggressive action so I can finally receive necessary minor surgery. I’ll include an update on my review once the UTI is completely obliterated, but as far as cons, the only issue I had (which was very minor) was the office calling me, needing to reschedule my last appointment for the following week because the doctor had an emergency. Understandable as it happens, and no biggie."

"The most terrible experience, waited for weeks to get an appointment, when we arrived I gave them the insurance card and offered a copy of passport that I can show and email to them, they refused to take my wife in and treat her unless she had the actual passport claiming they don't have an email that I can send to! I even offered to go home and bring the passport in 10 minutes max, specially that we were 10 minutes earlier than our appointment, they refused checking and treating my wife who had a big kidney stone because of that silly reason, we are supposed to wait for weeks again for a 10 minutes wait or using the ID copy to check her in! I could use the time fighting to go grab the passport if it is that crucial, or they could switch her with one of the patients waiting there, they would be happy to see the doctor earlier than scheduled, So complicated, careless and rude. If this was the last clinic standing I would never visit again. Not recommended at all."

"Heartless people, especially the Doctor Courtinho I would never go back there again! He was rude obnoxious disrespectful making faces at me! Made me feel very uncomfortable. Told me that I saw him which I never did and he said maybe there is something wrong with my memory he said to me he's a lier. He doesn't deserve to be paid at all how I was treated!!I'm filing a complaint with the medical board!!"

"Very happy I found this group. The urologist I have been seeing for a few years was OK with just prescribing meds, but when it came down to scheduling an actual procedure, he and the hospital cancelled on me 3 times only 24hrs before! When I explained my exasperation to Dr Keehn and the "reasons" the other Dr gave me, he shook his head and got me in to do the operation within a week! Followup visits were always pleasant and the staff was nothing but concerned for your well being. Not sure about the 1 stars in here - some people will complain about an appointment being only 5 minutes late (go figure)."

"Had an appointment at 415 after having to wait 3 weeks in between requesting and being given an appointment. Left an important meeting at work early, got stuck in traffic. Called the office to say I would be late and was told I had to reschedule. Rather than having the staff stay an extra 15min potentially they chose to lose a patient. When asked for my lab results to be sent to me I was told I would be charged $1 per page. Absolutely disgusted that I changed my entire day to make this appointment and was treated worse than if I was going to be late for job interview."
