"I had chris andrews as a clinician back in the summer and he was not a good clinican at all! He let me walk out of high focus with no plan at all or what to do afterwards so i went months without therapy and medication management because i didnt know what to do. He didnt even show up my last day of the program when i was promised a plan when leaving. He told me i had to be careful because my bpd traits do make me who i am and i will tire out my boyfriend and he will leave. I only had about 3 of my therapy sessions. Out of the 12-14 weeks of me being there, That i paid for might i add. I tried to talk to higher ups and they did nothing about me getting no therapy! I think high focus in helpful in a group setting and a lot of the clinical staff is very good! But i cant say that for chris. He doesnt deserve the right to be a therapist and “help” people in crisis. I want you to know i am now doing great. Im going to school, attend therapy weekly, medication management, weekly exercise classes. And none of it is thanks to you but, thank you for teaching me that i deserve better then your awful treatment :)"

"i just wanna get the word out that if i could give this place a zero out of five i would. this place sucks. they make students more sad then they already are and honestly they make them worse and more depressed. never attend here your better off staying home and never going out in public again. "I attended the day program in 2011 for a very short time(I was pressured by family). Staff was beyond unprofessional. One man named Chuck was only respectful to attractive young ladies(I heard he was terminated for inappropriate behavior shortly after I left), discriminated against the rest of us. Total narcissistic group routine...The sad part is to this day they are harassing me for $1100 for this trash program I didn't even want to attend, that was totally corrupt. Now they got an information subpoena. I am forced to show High Focus my bank statements or else face incarceration. DO NOT ATTEND!!!"

"Good clinicians, helpful but sometimes hard to contact. My daughter thrived at this location but it depended on the clinician. She attended twice both in the summer and in the fall. She learned some helpful skills with coping and dealing with stress and anxiety."
