"I made Dr.Fagan my primary over a year ago. I think hes a great doctor! Extremely thorough. Explains everything to us everytime. I even made him my adult kids doc and my husband's. My daughter has a number of medical problems and he makes her feel really heard. He is also our gastro. Very satisfied."

"Now I know why so many bad reviews on this place and the doctors. Worst dr's appointment experience in my life and the worst choice of this year. 1. After 3 hours of ridiculous waiting, DOCTOR ORLANDO never apologized even though he accepted other patients who came way later than me. (his attitude) 2. He is very unorganized and doesn't know what he is doing. He was asking me to do another urine test after 2 hours. 3. just to get one page of medical form took forever for this DOCTOR to figure out and fill in. I just hope there is no more mistake after me."

"The absolute worst doctors office!!! The receptionist's are All incompetent... Don't know anything and when you ask a question they give you a blank look. Waited almost 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room. Finally called in and then waited another 40 minutes in a room for the doctor. I had no choice but to stick it out because my job has an account with them for workers comp. I'm warning anyone who's thinking of going here. Don't!!!! If you have other options."

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE OFFICE FOR A WEEK TRYING TO GET A REFILL FOR MY MOM’s high blood pressure medication everytime I call they tell me it’s sent and they never sent it. My mom’s health has been jeopardized due to her not having the medication. The pharmacy had to lend her a few pills just for the weekend. I called the office three times today and I was told all the medications were sent when I got to the pharmacy not all of them were sent. I have been frustrated all DAY!! If you want looong wait times and terrible customer service be my guest!!"
