"If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. My appointment was for 11:15, I left at 12:45 as I was still NOT seen. There was patients taken in to get their vitals done and then instructed to sit and wait (another hour).I understand a delay, but looking at the other horrible reviews, their 2 wait time is a regular occurrence. Its a clear sign that they do not appreciate their patients. Horrendous, go else well for proper healthcare."

"This place is horrible. I set up an appointment through zoc doc and i had to wait almost 2 hours. The front desk didnt even tell the doctor the proper reason of why i was in the office. Then when i told the MA my main reason for my appointment i was told they couldnt help me . Then the doctor came, mind you it wasnt even the original doctor that i booked my appointment with and she was super rude and combative. I am a medical school student and i have experience both professionally and personally in regards to the symptoms i was feeling. I respectfully told the doctor my previous experience and the outcome of test results when i had the exact same symptoms and i was given prophylactic care. When i said this she got very argumentative with me saying thats not there protocol etc. It felt like they wanted me to come to the office again rather than treating my issues right there. Even to get my test results today they are trying to make me come into the office even though i had discussed with the doctor that i can call in for my results. The front desk and the providers dont communicate at all and its so disorganized. I find it odd that it seems like they bill my insurance before even treating me. It is a sketchy office and the doctor was just super rude with me. I also told the doctor the reason for my need for thorough care that day. I dont have a car and living on long island its very didficult to transport anywhere without one. Instead of being understanding like a normal doctor she said “then why did u come here”. That “you should be able to get here the same way you got here today” as if she knows my life situation. Just the 2 hour wait time makes it unlikely that that person would give me a ride again. And once again im on hold still for a good 30 minutes just to speak to the front desk to set up a phone call appointment to get my test results."

"Save your time and yourself DO NOT go here, this is the worst clinic to go. They did insurance fraud with me, I have been trying to resolve this insurance fraud issue for over 6 months now but they are not helping me at all they keep transferring me to a number that no one literally no one answers. the receptionist keep putting me on hold for hours and hours and when I call back again she has no answer to how to resolve this insurance fraud."

"Had a 115 appointment with the Dr. Got seen around 230/3pm. Didn't get out till 4. Waiting for the scripts to be sent it's now 7pm and my pharmacy never received the scripts. For a Dr office that had NO ONE in there and I never saw a patient walk in or out. It's pretty ridiculous that my script wasn't put in"

"Horrible wait time,.. I've been here since 10am and have not seen my doctor let alone is he even in the building from what I've just been told, smh... it is now 11:45,. Smh .... it is now 12:10 and I just been told he's still not at the office,. But literally an hr ago I was placed in the patient room and was told Dr Hassanian was be in momentarily.. I called off of work for nothing and will have to call off again next Thursday to come back smh,.. very unprofessional staff.. I'm definitely changing physicians,. This is ridiculous!"
