"Extremely DIsappointing communication skills across the board from the entire team at Winthrop Associates.I had to call 4 times over the course of a week to finally receive results from an mri that was performed 2 weeks prior.My last call I requested to speak with either Dr Zouzias or PA and advised i would remain on the call until someone would update me on my results.The PA took the call and sounded extremely aggravated at that point I decided that this was not a right fit for me.I find it difficult to choose a dr where his staff has poor communication and people skills. I guess they are unaware they are in the people business.I guess there was a reason everyone else has a 2-3 week wait and they can see you right away"

"Disappointing experience . Dr. Teplitz is very obviously an expert, however the beside manner was a bit abrupt but more alarming is that an Rx (that is dangerous to patients with aspirin allergy) was given to a patient that is highly allergic to aspirin. It was confirmed twice with PA and Dr. Teplitz about aspirin allergy . The pharmacist at CVS alerted us on Tuesday this Rx shouldn't be taken if allergic to aspirin. We already have this Rx at home, and my husband DID take one dose!! I called the office after hours immediately and we were promised a return call. There was a missed call on cell phone on Tuesday evening, but no follow up since. It is now Friday and I've tried 3 times to get through and there isn't even a option to leave message with his secretary. Just want another anti-inflammatory that is safe to take."

"I had great results with my first knee replacement and I am going back for my other. I would not think of going to any other doctors."
