"Lydia is simply the BEST! I had a very sharp and dull pain on my right arm for a few months which started channeling to the back and neck area. Finally saw a doctor and he diagnosed me with tennis elbow. Doctor recommend physical therapy but I wanted and needed more rapid solution because I couldn’t handle the pain any longer. Found Lydia from my husband’s coworker’s recommendation and I am glad I listened. It’s only been my 4th session and my pain scale went down to 9 to about NONE existences!
