"I don’t really write reviews, but when it comes to a service given to a child I do. I took my son here to get checked (2 yrs old). First the staff wasn’t very friendly. Granted it was early in the morning but still. Second, I feel that if you cater to kids, your personality or at least your energy should be different. More welcoming, more friendly, more kid oriented. The doctor at no moment tried to connect with my son to help him feel comfortable. He’s a toddler! I work with kids myself, and making them feel comfortable and even getting to their level for a moment is part of the job of working with kids. Then lastly but this is just me….she had a machine in the office where my son was examined, apparently it needed tokens to work. Her words were “those toys are for big kids, I’ll give him a different one”, instead of offering a token. It’s not the toy it’s the fact of turning a machine and poof something comes out, especially for a 2 year old. The doctors focus for even if it’s 5 minutes is the patient she has in her office, customer service included. Just a moms thought."

"I have nothing but good things to say about this place! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by smiling faces and pleasant attitudes. The place is kept very clean and the staff are very welcoming as well as kind. I got called in almost immediately and was met by an even kinder doctor. Dr Robin is extremely kind, patient, and has a contagious smile that put me right at ease. Not only did she seem genuine and easy to speak to, but I felt as if I could trust her. And that’s really an important relationship to have with your doctor. I highly recommend coming here! I’ll definitely be coming back. From the people helping out at front to the doctor, the entire place is full of positivity and kindness. No long waits, clean environment, I mean there’s literally nothing bad to say about this place. I’m very happy with the service and guarantee you will be too!"

"I dislike spending my time and energy writing bad reviews. I don't even have time for good reviews sometimes. Because I am annoyed due to this practice and pattern from the office I am writing this one. The doctor seems competent, nothing out of the ordinary. My complaint is regarding the extremely long appointment time and scheduling issues. Once you are able to go into the appointment, key word "able," you will not be done until at least an hour and a half to over 2 hours has passed. (These appointments are not the ones with dilations.) Considering appointments are only 1-2x a year, this is the 3rd time the office has cancelled on me due to the doctor's schedule. I get it life happens, but this is getting old. As patients, we make these appointments based on our schedules as well, months in advance, and we are busy. At least get us in with another doctor on the same day! This happens way too often with this office. Time to start looking for another office."

"We really enjoyed our visit. We needed a pediatric optometrist for my son. He was squinting and i just wanted the all clear. Times have changed since we the adults used to get tested. Made it fun for the young ones. My son did great, he was not nervous or felt nervous. It can feel like a long process but you get the whole works. And it’s really not that long. All the staff were professional and calming. My son got the all clear, great Vision and i ended up booking us both appointments to get ours tested too. Will definitely recommend"
