"What a waste of time. With a waiting room full of people, I was put in the "on deck" room right next to the room where this Clown doctor was talking to another patient. Nothing to do with medical situations. He was giving an education in History about Egypt for 34 minutes while i waited in this unairconditioned room. The girls in front were awesome and looked embarrassed as I made a scene walking out. If its an emergency, make sure this guy isnt conducting classes because you will die waiting for class to end. What a total waste of two hours. I would NEVER go back to this clown."
"Went to this place for blood work 2 different times with two of my daughters! I don’t understand how they are still opened. Both times where a horrible experience. 1st time we went there and they asked if we can come back in an hour. Took our name and said we won’t have to wait. Come back in an hour to wait another hour. She said that they don’t take appointments. To have what I’m not sure if she was a nurse to leave a quarter size dark black and blue mark on my daughters arm from taking blood. Which was still there when I went back a week later with my other daughter. 2nd visit with my next daughter. Called b4 we went they said no wait. I live 2 blocks away. Get there and wait 1 1/2 hours. They go to take blood and can’t find a vein. Poked at her veins, moving needle around in her arm. No blood. The dr. Said come back later. Ok. Come back later, same thing. They did get blood from her but not from her veins. It took 15 minutes to fill up tubes. My daughter passed out and the nurse leaves to get cups from harmans and there is nobody else in the room with her. Unbelievable. I called to speak to a manager and have heard nothing back. The blood work has never been sent to her doctor. No call back from manager. Left 3 messages. Please do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place."
"It took me 9 days to receive my COVID results, and 12 days for them to email it to me. I called dozens of times, left voicemails, even emailed, and it wasn't until Desiree picked up the phone and emailed me my results right away, that I was assisted. Thank you, Desiree, she was highly professional and did everything she could to assist me as soon as possible. I don't blame the staff for the delay (which is why I even gave 3 stars), I blame the company, because I have been to several Walk-In's that run like a well oiled machine. We are in unprecedented times and people need assistance. One receptionist and a manager at the front desk is not enough during a pandemic. Yes, I wish I got my results earlier, but as a company they should have an automatic system that emails patients when the results were in (like other places have). Some people need results urgently. Invest in more staff and modern technology because there is no way you will survive under this much pressure moving forward."
"Went today with a lot of pain due possibly to a kidney stone. The place is extremely clean which is the first thing I look for. There was no one there when I arrived and was being looked at by Dr. O’Brien within 1/2 hour of filling out first time patient forms. I hate seeing doctors in general but something about Dr. O’Brien put me at ease as he checked me and explained all the possibilities that could be causing my pain. I was initially asked if I had a primary doctor and I did not. I was told I could have a physical scheduled with Dr. O’Brien if I wanted which I did. I think I have a PCP now! I highly recommend this place as well as Dr. O’Brien!"
