"(*Updated*) I was a patient for well over two years and never missed an appointment. I was going to this office close to 48 times a year seeing 3 different people under Dr. Grobman. I got sick once and told them I couldn't make it to find out a few days later at my next appointment I was being charged and they couldn't work with my financial situation. I tried to resolve this issue on multiple occasions with no understanding. When asked it took over a week to cancel my medical i.d. card and even longer to give my doctor the records they had. My prescription expired weeks ago and they are saying it could take up to a month. Why would a doctor take you off several medicines to with hold you from taking the one that got you off everything? I don't understand this and it feels cruel (Updated from:) Dr Grobman is a very professional doctor who looks out for all his patients needs. He takes time with his patients and is very thorough. Since I became a patient with him he prescribed me medicines that at the right doses took me off medicines I never thought I would be able to knowing not much has worked for my spinal cord injury. My mother on the other hand did not get as much relief, but still refers anyone who might get help from him, to him because he is such a good person and excellent doctor."
