I initially visited the doctor for persistent headaches and was impressed by the thoroughness of the examination (12/22/2023). Dr. Jadoo took the time to listen to my concerns and patiently explained the process. The clinic staff was impressive. The waiting times were short. "This place is horrendous they do test refer you for an MRI take your money then never get back to you with any results. It’s extremely unprofessional. How do you send your patient for an MRI then never reach out with the findings? And then when you call them you can’t even reach a doctor. It’s unbelievable. I came here because of the reviews but now I’m starting to think most of these are fake or the paid people to write good reviews. I now have to find another neurologist because these people are clearly incompetent. They did this to both me and my husband which shows me it wasn’t just a one off situation clearly they have an issue keeping track of their patients. It’s ridiculous because an radiologist can’t read you your results they send the results to your doctor to interpret for you and I’ve confirmed with the radiologist that they indeed forwarded my results to my doctor so that should have been a reminder to reach out to discuss but no that’s not what happened. Do yourself a favor and find another neurologist."

"My appointment with Dr. David Rabinovici was the worst experience I've ever had with any medical practitioner in my entire life. He showcased zero bedside manner - would not let me speak, asked questions that were not relevant to my symptoms and cut me off with attitude if I didn't answer the questions to his liking, and was combative the entire session. He was incredibly unprofessional - so much so I was in disbelief. I am sure there are many great doctors at NY Neurology Associates - if you are booking an appointment, for your sake, do everything possible to avoid Dr. David Rabinovici so you find a doctor who cares."
