"South Shore Rehab has a wonderful OT and PT therapy staff. Most of the administration and nursing staff are friendly & willing to listen to issues concerning patient care but it appears that they are severely understaffed and the patient care suffers. They are also doing building renovations that have caused further issues with care and resources to get assistance. Other than physical therapy, I would seriously recommend checking out another rehab facility for your family member."
