"Dan and his team did an excellent job when I worked with them this summer and fall at the Long Beach location. I did a little PT with Dan before the pandemic hit, back in March 2020, and I remembered him, so I was happy to work with Dynamic Core again when the need arose in 2021 for PT to strengthen some muscles and improve biomechanics. Dan is really good at working with you in an individual vs. "cookie cutter" way. He doesn't sugar coat anything, and is a straight shooter, and is all about getting you back into your best "A game" safely and effectively. Great place and with a great atmosphere. It's a nice crew. I would bring questions in about my exercise and sports activities, and was able to talk them through, and gain some super helpful knowledge. I have exercises to do at home to keep me strong and feeling good. Thanks a lot!"
"I started going to Dynamic Core after total hip replacement in September. The entire office is excellent & extremely covid safe. They have helped me & my hip and I definitely recommend them to anyone needing PT. I’ve watched them help young athletes to seniors & in between with all different issues.
