"Do NOT go here for a UTI. I chose this urgent care above other in the neighborhood for its positive reviews and cute location, but those have to be paid reviews. I went in with common UTI symptoms but wanted to get tested for everything just in case. The doctor refused to give me UTI meds, I asked twice, and requested that I wait for all the tests to come back just in case. I called every single day to check on the testing, people on the phone had nothing. I finally went back in person to insist to see the results five days after the appointment. And they were like 'Oh, he never tested you for a UTI.' + they had the test results in and didn't update the portal. Thankfully they tested me on the spot and got me meds immediately - but an entire week of untreated UTI is a huge risk for a kidney infection. I can't believe I was gaslit by the doctor, especially that he didn't tell me he was straight up refusing to test for UTI at all, and then misdirected by people at their call center for an entire week. I suffered unnecessarily and I really hope anyone reading this chooses somewhere else to go or seeks treatment somewhere else immediately if they leave unsatisfied or uneasy. (Major pros to the female Dr who was able to address my concerns and test me immediately when I returned so upset.)"
