"Need to focus on training front desk / registration desk employees, who are not friendly or helpful to welcome or help patients coming in. They never have a welcome smile. They keep the old patients waiting and always busy talking to client calls, may be after five minutes of standing waiting she will say enter you name here and sit down ?"
