"Be careful if you use a credit or debit card for payment. My mom started visiting this clinic 7/2023. On 1/30/2024 they informed her for the first time that she has a copayment. She used her card to pay for the transaction which was $25. She did not see the provider that day so she requested a refund. She also decided to cancel all future appointments. Upon requesting the refund, they informed her of a bill of over $900 for unpaid copayments. When she informed them that she could not afford that amount and was unable to do a payment plan, they used the card she gave them for the copayment of $25 to charge $400 to her card account. They claim she signed a financial agreement giving them permission to use the card on file. She did not give them permission to keep her card on file for future payments. They did not inform her of their plans to charge $400 to her account. She never received any bill in the mail or phone calls requesting payment. She only received calls reminding her of upcoming appointments."

"Beware the billings department is a scam. I took my mother to see Dr. Yetman earlier this year, and never once did I confirm I was moving forward with treatment. They scheduled us for multiple appointments, and when we didn't show up, they charged us for a no-show fee. Which I am trying to get refunded since. I emailed and called several times, and no one returned my calls or emails. I dispute the charges with my bank, and they have the nerve to provide the financial agreement, knowing they violated the terms of the agreement and scheduled appointments without our consent. If I didn't have any knowledge about an appointment, why would I attend. They claimed they called me, but I was away and was not available. They didn't even send a text message. At least I could have replied and let them know it was a misunderstanding, and I didn't schedule any follow-up appointments. They started sending text messages after for the other follow-up appointments, but I never received a text for the appointment they said I missed and charged me for. I had to call them to remove our name from the system because they had multiple appointments scheduled without our consent. USA Vein Clinic, I am pleading for my money back that you charged for a no-show fee for an appointment we did not schedule or confirm to attend."
