"absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I usually don’t write reviews and especially not negative ones but this is not the first or second time I had a terrible experience here. The receptionists have absolutely no patience. It doesn’t feel like they’re really interested in being there. They are outright rude. The only reason I go there is cuz it’s close to where I live but it’s not worth the attitude I get everytime. Do better!!!"

"Horrible experience I had there. They say that they are open until 12 am. When I came 11:25 they said the Dr won't see me. I said I'm ready to wait, but they said no. It's a urgent care center not a regular Dr office, and sick ppl come and they turn you away. I can't imagine what they think??"

"I must say when I first entered this place it was very uncomfortable. I don’t think the kids that work there have any experience in the medical field or even as a receptionist but one girl I think her name was Kimberli, she was very attentive and noticed how annoyed I was with the other girl that by the end of the visit I wasn’t concerned at all she made my children and I very comfortable and my kids now always wants to stop by Asisa. She understood and explained everything that she was going to do . Thank you for making this urgent care one that my children looks forward to my only complaint were the kids that’s working please don’t hire kids that don’t know what they are doing. And an FYI If my mom needs testing she will usually call to confirm that Kimberli is there to help her.well the third visit my mother called and asked for Kimberli, when my mother overheard the receptionist tell Kimberli why is she making friends my mother is an elder and took a liking to her as someone that cares. Urgent cares should not be where teenagers work."
