"Hi, The best treatment I ever got! Dr. Nick so amazing. He was so on point with everything. I came all the way from the Caribbean where i had cervical radiculopathy C5 and C6 with pain in my neck and right arm. The treatment received is exactly what I have needed. Matt & Dale who are both PAs are on point. They not only treat, but they also listens to my needs as a patient.
