"This place is very unprofessional in how it’s run. I will say the doctor’s level of care is good. However they’re charging me a copay for each dose of the HPV vaccine which my insurance said is fully covered, which they respond with incase I need the doctor or have questions, for which the doctor is never present. I schedule for the first appointment of the day and every time I’m not seen for over 30-45min later, even if I’m only receiving a HPV shot. Additionally every time I need to get my birth control refilled it’s a whole ordeal. I typically request through the portal 2-3x, plus call multiple times (they rarely pick up, so I have to leave messages)."

"I would recommend it. Extremely kind, professional, and competent all around. It was a great experience, starting at the front desk to the doctor and the labs to checking out. I also really appreciate their patient portal interface—the ability to request RX refills, schedule appointments quickly, and message a doctor. Very happy to have found this place!"

"I was terrified to come here based on the negative reviews but needed a last minute emergency appointment and they took me same day. I had an appointment with Dr. Ayoub. There was almost no wait time at 4:30pm. He was very nice. Did a same day sonogram for me and then went over the images with me and explained everything. He even helped me search the entire office when I lost my phone. Great doc! The rest of the office staff was amazing, from the girl who confirmed my appt on the phone to the girl who checked me in to the person who dipped my urine. Everyone was just so sweet. The sonogram technician was also very kind and gentle. I even went over my billing codes with the doctor before I left because I was scared of incorrect billing or over billing from the other reviews. I will of course update this review if I receive any shocking bills but I don’t see that happening."

"Positive: Front desk people were nice Comfortable waiting room Not a long wait, they took me on time and I saw the doctor quickly. Might have been the quickest appointment I've had in years. I appreciated not wasting my time on waiting for the doctor. Doctor seemed knowledgeable and answered my questions. Quite a few people there seems popular and that other people like it. Negative: Bathroom was dirty Doctor did suggest a pap was only needed every 3 years which is new rule of thumb. I personally feel this is not safe for women but that is just my suggestion. I did feel this was a place that just pumps people in and out. I loved that it was fast but I wouldn't recommend this place for something other then just a basic check up / annual. I wouldn't come here if something was seriously wrong. Nurse who took my weight/blood pressure was not friendly and portrayed what I felt was an attitude. Not awesome, not bad."
