"Find another doctor. Not only are you on hold every time you call for at least 10 minutes, you have to call and message multiple times for results- if you even get them. I was told I’d get sonogram results within 5 days- it’s been 11 and still keep getting ignored."

"Dr. Heather Jones was nothing short of amazing.. she delivered my son via csection and I'm so happy with the experience (says not many women delivering via csection LOL). Dr. Jones brought a light and happy vibe to the scary situation of being in a operating room about to have a major surgery, that i will truly never forget. She made me feel happy and comfortable in a very overwhelming position. She also listened to my wishes and was supportive of my choices - I truly felt like she was in my court which was great. She has a very warm and positive energy which is refreshing when you are going to 20+ appointments - makes it much easier to like who you are dealing with! I also had a great experience with Dr. Pete and enjoyed his bedside matter but so happy Dr. Jones delivered my son - i will always look back on such a happy time with such positive memories for a not so great situation of a csection."

"This is a heart breaking office. I was given false and lazy information by receptionist Tina. I lost my OBYG 23 weeks pregnant because of this. The receptionist has failed to give me specific details on what health insurance variation I need to purchase, she just said we take EmblemHealth. Under impression that I would be covered, I purchase that specific plan only to be told "we don't take that plan from them". Now its impossible to find a new doctor, and no help from this office what so ever. Tina made me cry with her hostility and lack of empathy for the situation created. I was this this office for 23 weeks, and kicked out. She never pasted along to the doctors that I requested to speak with them, and when I asked for pricing out of pocket (which I was willing to do). Instead she told me this is "not her problem" and hung up the phone. Second time I called she told me all the doctors are on vacation for a week (BIG LIE) when I told her your lying she put me on a hold and hung up again. I'm trying to speak with my doctor or obtain my medical records for pregnancy this is not something that is a pollical game. The doctors are great but the office management is VERY scary. So be careful"
