Some people may get discouraged by the amount of patients that are seen on a daily basis, but every one I’ve seen so far makes sure that they answer any and all questions you may have about your care, and they leave no stone unturned. I can truly say that your health is a #1 priority here!!! Wait times are pretty low and the establishment itself is clean and welcoming. 1000% recommend!"

"As it’s already 6:30pm and I’m here waiting over an hour and half…. I took out another star. I am here for 5:15pm appointment and it’s already 6:15pm. :( I even came here little before 5pm. Feels like they should have put me for 6pm appointment then. If you want to avoid a full of attitude from the receptionists while pregnant, recommend NOT to choose here. They can make me wait 1.5 hours after an appointment time. Charge me $50 for missed one. Then 20 weeks check up, they almost harass you must be on time. (They could have said it kindly not to threaten me.) Update: at 20 weeks checkup I’m grateful for this office is just few blocks from where I live but every check up, my experience is not great. Midwives and Nurses are all wonderful. You just have to ignore certain things like, this waiting area. I was told to wait there with my husband. And then someone came and said “men” cannot be here. Well, the sign said “men” is not allowed to sit on the bench. But he was sent to reception waiting area."

"I have been coming to the NewKirk office since 2019. The care I received thus far was good. Up until a couple months ago. I had a horrible experience with a medical assistant named Alexander or Alexandria. They call her Alex. She is Hispanic and seems very racist against other races, especially Jewish or Foriegners. She basically tried to belittle me and tell me about my body, which she has no right. I kept my mouth shut because GOD knows. I continued coming to this office because the other staff was ok. Fast forward, I had another horrible experience with her. I spoke to the office manager, but from the conversation, I could tell this was a norm just another day for them. So I left it as is. I'm currently looking for a new OBGYN office. I really like the midwives here which is one of the reasons . I had continued going there."

"Called today to get an appointment for tomorrow. Then saw all of these bad reviews and definitely not going now. The women on the phone has a nasty attitude like girl just because you work there doesn’t make you anything. People need to be humble and kind. The way she talks makes me think she is just so miserable with her life. And $50 for not coming in or not canceling your appointment 24 hours before? What a money making scheme. Y’all can get the $50 from me but I ain’t ever coming here for anything."
