"I must express my disappointment with this place, and I won't be able to recommend it. My experience with Doctor left me frustrated due to a lack of punctuality. I had booked an appointment with him days in advance and traveled all the way from the Bronx, only to wait outside from 8:00 am. Surprisingly, at 8:30 am, his office called to inform me that my appointment was canceled, despite it being scheduled for 8:30 am. Emergencies can happen, but it would have been more considerate to cancel at least 1 hour in advance. Additionally, the office kept its doors closed until 8:30 am, and when my friend went to use the bathroom, the front desk staff began speaking negatively, which I found unprofessional."

"Staff is inconsiderate, gives false information and try’s everything but to assist you in getting in to see a dentist. You can tell that they work for a check and not because they care. They never return phone calls so don’t bother leaving a message. Other than that the dentist is actually a great dentist. But I am going to leave because of lack of people skills. This stems from me communicating with staff for the past 4 days and leaving several messages and their reluctance to help me or connect me to upper management."

"I have called this place to sit on hold 3 times to get hung up on two times. The third time I was not waiting anymore. I am dealing with an emergency from hip surgery complications and I am trying to cancel my dental cleaning to where they are telling me they will charge me for not coming in. So, bc of this emergency you have proof I have been trying all day only to get hung up on. The last dental hygienist quit- I took a day off to be there and then they took my appointment away and reschedule a month and a week after which was today. Horrible horrible service at this place. For the day that was taken away from me the making me wait a month and a half, maybe charging them is the right thing to do. I will not be returning and hanging up on patients after a nearly 15 then 30 min hold is ridiculous!!!!"

"This office is AWESOME! The ladies at the front desk are incredibly sweet and knowledgeable . The nurse was incredible, kind and efficient, and the Dentist was PHENOMENAL! I am so so glad I switched and put her as my primary for dental. Truly grateful"

"The Dental office here is amazing, the Dentist is wonderful she's do a little of everything so I don't have to go to multiple Dentist. The Nurses are all polite and friendly. Also the Ladies at the front desk always try to work with my schedule to better my experience. (GREAT STAFF)Plus they do raffle sometime, the last time I won a huge beautiful basket of multiple food products just before Thanksgiving I couldn't even lift it but luckily I had help. They really do try here to help all there patients as best of possible as far as I know."
