"I don’t have any opinion of the services here, but I made a flu shot appointment and want to alert staff that I am fully unable to cancel it to free that space for someone else— the online system produces an error, the phone system is an endless loop that directs me back online, and I can’t figure out how to speak with a human. Not sure how else to let you know."

"Waited while the nurse was in the clinic doing who knows what. Pharmacist were also giving vaccines and finally knocked on clinic door so nurse came out. She was over it but also very good at giving the vaccine in the most painless casual way."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. I showed up at 9am when the clinic was advertised as open. Proceeded to wait for one hour and no one showed up to open the clinic. When I inquired with the pharmacy, I was told the person was stuck in traffic. It’s NYC, 15 minutes is excusable. Not one hour. No one came to update me as I sat and waited. I will never waste my time here again."
