"Doctors beware. As a physician myself I was promised tall tales of being able to do many studies with no worries in mind. The truth is while they expect to get paid for their services, they don't care if you are able to bill and receive payments for the studies that they are performing. The risk is yours 100% I have used them for 3-5 months and was stuck with many, many unbillable studies that I had to pick up the expense. They will also try to sell you on doing many other studies such as VAT's etc I have gotten zero payment on these studies. In summary they take 0 risk, you take 100% risk. Of note the lawyers for a very large hospital system ( which I happen to belong to ) felt that their arrangement may in fact violate Stark laws and that was the reason I had to terminate my relationship with them."
