"Awful experience, unexperienced staff who literally know nothing. My mom went here for a mild situation. After a few months this place and it's backwards doctors made the situation extremely severe and caused irreversible damage. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS."
"I had a procedure and everything went well. Some Staff members could be more caring. I felt rushed out of the recovery room as the nurse was walking me out while I still felt dizzy and disoriented from the anesthesia. The intake nurse seemed overwhelmed like trying to rush. It was a weird experience but I trust the doctor doing the procedure."
"If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. My 77-year- old mother had a digital mucous cyst removed in Oct. 2023. The surgical coordinator asked if she had any blood work done recently. I said she had PST for a different procedure back in June 2023. She informed me that the results could be used. Unfortunately, PST results are only valid for 30 days. So there was a last minute scramble to get my mom into her PCP for the necessary testing. Three days before the procedure, a staff member calls the house to review the pre-operative instructions. She states that 10 days before surgery, my mom has to stop Vitamin E and some other requirements. I tell her you're calling me three days before the surgery to tell me what she needs to stop 10 days before? She doesn't respond and just continues reading from her script. Literally. My mom had an arrival time of 1:30pm. I don't know of anyone who has every gotten a surgery arrival time after lunch. She wasn't taken to the OR until 4:30. They had my 77 year old mother go without food or water for all that time. After the surgery, the tip of my mom's finger was bent. I have no idea exactly what happened as the narrative keeps changing. She is now in OT for her finger. The doctor wants to do a second procedure to fuse a screw to her finger to keep it straight. We refused. She's too old and frail for that. At first he agrees then five minutes later says it's a small procedure and not that much pain. Again, I refuse. Plus at this point, I don't trust them to fix it. There are no words to describe how inadequate the care was."
"I would give (-zero) stars if I could. Rude staff, unreliable timeframes, extremly unprofessional nurse. So is anestezia doctor. He look excuse to argue with me instead of deescalate the moment. Pre.Op. nurse Donna shouldn't even be in any medical field. Terrible experience"
"Overall my experience was very good. I think the whole Covid-19 issue is messing with their system. I was scheduled for surgery and wound up calling them to get the Covid test scheduled. Then the day before my procedure I called 15 minutes before they closed to get my time to come in. I had left them a message after I left the center the day of my procedure because my prescription hadn't been received at the pharmacy. I wound up getting a return call that afternoon after office hrs. Thankfully the prescription had already been filled. In that call I was told that a nurse would be following up on Monday to see how I was doing. It is now Thursday and I still have not received a follow up call from the nurse. While at the facility for my procedure they were all very nice and accommodating."
