"Dr. Charles Thompson and staff appear to be ok when you meet them I started my weightloss journey in Feb. of 2021 it is now 2023 and I have not had my surgery yet!!! I can't even find the Dr. and on top of that he keeps sending me a bill for 75.00 I'm guessing the bill is for a phone call that he made to me telling me that finally after 2 yrs he will do my surgery on Feb,1,2023 even though I was due for surgery for a full hysterectomy 0n Dec.12,2023 it is now Jan.25,2023 and i have not heard a word from Dr.Thompson or anyone from his office to prep me for the so called procedure he is to perform in less than a week. I have no intention of letting this irresponsible person cut me open .And he did'nt even have the decency to inform me that his new place of business did not except my insurance before he made the phone call to me or during the phone call so I have no intention of paying 75.00 because the last time I saw him in his office before he changed hospitals , he excepted my insurance. I really hope he see this review"
