"I came to Dr. Lynn on Friday Feb 24th, 2023 at 3:30pm. Little did I know that would be the first and best day of the rest of my life!!! I was scared, afraid, upset and broken. I had suffered thru covid for a second time and it left me with what I call a “brain injury” I had developed an extreme case of OCD, and panic. I was afraid to leave my house, yet afraid of everything in it and outside it. I was functioning at the bare minimum and felt as though I would never heal or get healthy again. I had tried a few different therapists and was prescribed 3 medications, yet was getting worse. My amazing mom did research and found Dr. Lynn. She said his credentials were amazing, so I trusted her and we made an appointment for a consultation. I was scared! I was on three different medications at the time of my consult with Dr. Lynn and he assured me that what I was taking wasn’t working. He told me that we needed to change that. We did and gradually he got me off the 3 wrong medications and put me on only one medication…the RIGHT medication for me. But he let me know that medication alone wasn’t the answer. I needed to work thru this OCD/Panic with therapy. Along with therapy and the medication, Dr. Lynn assured me that I would “see the light at the end of the tunnel” and would get healthy again….and I am grateful to say that I am! Dr. Lynn saved me. He is kind and gentle in his approach and in his words when he works with me, beside being brilliant. I put my trust in a brilliant doctor and that’s Dr. Lynn. Thank you Dr. Lynn! Debra Toscano"

"I am someone who has been seeing therapists, psychiatrists, and psychologists for over the past 10 years, whether it was good, bad, or indifferent. I have dealt with therapists who offered little to no help, overprescribed medication, or even made me question my goals in life. I have been working with Dr. Lynn for well over 2 years now and can honestly say it is night and day from anyone I previously worked with. I have achieved far more in the sessions with him. He has professionally helped me with all areas of my life, including friendships, relationships, family, and personal growth. My mental health and ability to cope with what life comes at me with is a much more mature and healthier manner. I have never experienced such an open connection. There are things that even with other therapists, I have never shared but wouldn’t think twice about holding back with Dr. Lynn. He is nonjudgmental, always patient, and a pleasure to work with. I genuinely look forward to our appointments and with his flexible schedule, I never have to worry about whether I will be able to get an appointment as I have with previous doctors. He returns calls and messages very quickly. It is super convenient to be able to have virtual appointments with the option to meet in person. At first, I was skeptical as to whether I would receive the same interaction virtually as I would in person but prefer it! I had tremendous trouble with the transitioning of my health insurance, and he has gone as far as even taking the time to help me navigate it. Dr. Lynn pays attention to detail and what I have to say. He considers my feelings with the advice he offers and remembers things I have mentioned previously that I even forgot! He doesn’t interrupt but rather absorbs what I share, analyzes it, and then circles back as I tend to be a talker. I am appreciative of all he offers and would recommend him to anyone. The knowledge he has and the wide range of individuals he can help do not go unnoticed."
