"Very disappointing. About two weeks ago I made an appointment online, as required, for my son. I filled in all the necessary information they asked for. Well, today I took my son in for his 4:30 appointment. They had no record of him! After asking several questions and making a few phone calls, the only woman in the office returns to tell us: they do not have him in the system and that Dr. Sari Neuve is NOT taking new patients. This information was never told to me. If the doctor was not taking new patients, this information should have been made available on the web site! She followed that up with "they tried to contact you to let you know." NO THEY DID NOT! NO one contacted me. No one called me, called my son, or emailed me. I even had the number added to my contact list so when they called I would know it's not SPAM. NO ONE called me. No one emailed. I have NO missed calls and NO voice messages. I'm just thankful I didn't use the parking lot that wanted $8 for one hour! Don't bother calling this office. Terrible."
