"I had something mistakenly mailed here instead of my home address, and they have policies in place meant to help people in my position. My package was lost entirely, and the person on the phone was acting annoyed with me about it when I was just trying to get ahold of my belongings."

"The hours they have posted don't mean anything. Their workers just don't show up sometimes. Also, there are only a few specific employees who are authorized to sell or ship anything. If they don't decide to come into work, you're out of luck even if there are other people working."

"Very smooth operation, as far as getting thousands of college students there mail. I just wish they had longer hours of operation. Its so hard to get my packages when they close at 4pm, and don't operate on Saturdays."
