"Deceptive company... says it will do it, then keeps delaying and delaying. Nearly 8 months later amd still not done."
"Overall lack of care and communication. Not exactly what you want for mental health."
"The absolute worst mental health care. I was already diagnosed and prescribed meds for 15 years but recently off. After crying non stop for 6 days with panic attacks, unhealthy thoughts, and a growing child in my stomach to worry about, I spent 6.5 hours trying to find someone who could see me sooner than several weeks away. I finally found Mindful URGENT Psychiatric Care thinking they could help. Their website says they can do same day visits. They gave me an appointment for a week later until I expressed severe concerns about that and they moved it to two days away. I had my appointment, with Ava Nemes who seemed very nice. She talked about medication possibilities for me and discussed she would register me for their support group and help get me started. At the end of the appointment she said she would consult with her medical director to come up with a plan for the medications due to my pregnancy. I received a call back from her saying they were CHOOSING NOT TO TREAT ME. They said MY CASE IS “TOO COMPLEX” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Their excuse is because the first medication I was ever prescribed at 14 I had a reaction to. They did not want to to risk putting me on a medication that I could react to again while pregnant, meanwhile it was not a health reaction such a a trouble breathing, or anything of the sorts. I have been on many different meds since then and never another reaction. With the thoughts I was having, they were willing to risk me continuing to go downhill waiting weeks for an appointment elsewhere though. Do not tell someone with mental illness you are going to help them, only to abandon them. Especially when that person may already have abandonment issues. Absolutely despicable and disgusting. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!"
