CityMD Hartsdale Urgent Care - Westchester

"I've seen the nurse, Ben, a few times now. He's always very nice and caring. He's also a good listener. Not sure what doctor I saw in December of 2023, but he was not great. Rude, unkind, and didn't listen when I spoke. I had been sick 3 times in 2 months. This was out of character for me and I was really concerned about my immune system. When I asked him what I could do to prevent from getting sick more often, he said "wait until summer." That was his best medical advice. I can understand if there's nothing he could do to help, but I spent $75 for a doctor to not listen to me, give me garbage medical advice, and proceed to talk over me when I tell him his advice is not helpful. This is also not the first time a doctor from that facility has not helped me and given me terrible medical advice. I will most likely not be back. It's not worth the money or the hour and a half wait time."

"I went in with bronchitis about 2 weeks ago, I had a cold for a few days but then it progressed to bronchitis I drove 2 hours from my work place to an urgent care close to home. I was not greeted by front desks as she was busy on the phone so I proceeded to sign myself in at the kiosk and while I was doing that she didn’t even bother to greet me just told me there’s an hour and half wait to be seen, I was a little confused as there was literally no one else in the waiting room. So I proceeded to complete my sign in. I just couldn’t wait cause I was in pain from coughing my chest was tight so I decided to go to AFC urgent care 2 minutes away were I was greeted and seen right away. I have gone to AFC go many years and they are always professional and efficient. Don’t know why I choose to go here, really regret coming here first. Also they had the audacity to call me in my cell phone an hour later stating they were ready to see me?????? Unbelievable."

"The doctor at this establishment argued with me about my symptoms and observations. I know my body, and know what it looks like when I have a bacterial infection when it comes to my tonsils. This doctor laughed off my concerns and sent me away without treatment, leading me to get much worse overnight. I had to go to WP Urgent Care for a second opinion and treatment, and was given proper diagnosis and treatment. Also, the walls are so thin that I could hear the diagnosis of people in the rooms around me."
