"Eric Bialczak, my physical therapist, is a miracle worker. Following rotator cuff surgery by Dr Miller of ONS, Eric established a treatment plan to get me back on the golf course after 12 weeks. Every exercise was a step towards achieving that goal. I’m thrilled to report he delivered on that promise. I played pain free and respectfully my first round out. Eric is a consummate professional taking a personal interest in my recovery and being a cheerleader to motivate me to be diligent in my home exercise routine between sessions. "On Nov 10, I went for a session of physical therapy for my hand. While I was completing the forms, the nice receptionist, Lucy, (if I recall the name correctly) informed me that my insurance would not cover the visit with the physical therapist that I was assigned. She was really nice and insured me that she would contact the doctor at ONS who prescribed my treatment in other to work out an equivalent therapy with other therapist covered by my insurance at ONS. NEVER heard from Lucy or anyone else after this encounter. I wish she would had been honest and said that I needed to contact my doctor and work something out. She lied to me. She made me believe that she would handle the case, she didn't do anything, I waited, my condition worsen, and I am very disappointed with ONS."
