"Again and again and again. I was billed incorrectly in September of 2022. While everyone I talk to acknowledges the mistake, no one at this office, no one in the customer service center and no one at corporate has been able to fix it. I’ve been through this now 5 or 6 times and every time I call my account “is flagged for review”. No one calls back. I left a 1 star review back in ‘22, which seemed to get their attention… so now that someone has recharged my account the balance they mistakenly billed me for, here’s another. The care they provide is good… but billing issues like these seriously impede my considering them as a physical therapy provider again."
