"The older front desk lady has a HORRENDOUS attitude and very unpleasant to speak too. No call back after leaving voicemails. So I go in (since no calls were returned) to find out my Dr. isn’t even there anymore. All I needed was a refill; she asked me if thyroid medicine is a controlled substance??? Shouldn’t the front desk know something like that? The Dr’s are very kind but unfortunately I’ll be going elsewhere."

"I don't understand why the front desk doesn't answer the phone and doesn't return phone calls to book appointments. It isn't rock science. I tried to book a telehealth visit on the portal...never heard back. The portal doesn't even allow us to book appts with our doctors (never shows available times) so we are forced to call and no one picks up, ever. I called and was prompted to leave a voicemail in order to book an appt with my doctor and I still have not heard back, this was last week. The front desk needs to change or else people are going to leave this office. We can't go to Urgent care for everything, we have the right to see our primary care doctors for fairly non-urgent medical matters. But the front desk is literally blocking us from doing so."

"The front desk is what everyone is having an issue with and it needs to be addressed immediately. If I need to go as far as the president of Monte with my concerns I will do that! This is crazy. I have called more than 30 times over the course of two to three hours and still have not been able to reach any one. The fact that they think this is okay is crazy."

"All doctors are superb. But the front desk is terrible, the worst I ever met. After pandemics, they never pick up phone calls. What if you have an emergency and need to get hold of doctors or nurse. I am calling during business hours and called 10 times in a row. Nobody picks up the phone. I have never experienced any dr office not picking up phones. If it is a one time issue, fine, I understand you are busy. But it is not an isolated case. Prompt response is the key for a dr office especially you have pediatricians."

"I am not sure what is happening with this clinic. However. As of recently you are not able to get anyone on the phone. You have to call several times at different hours of the day just to get someone who will take a message and advise someone will call you back. Yet they never do. My husband called with a medical issue thay should've warranted a call back and nothing. I needed to also schedule a physical for myself and my daughter (12) still nothing. At this point I am now done with this clinic and will be going else where."
