"Sadden to give this review since I went here as a child but this location is out of control.. you come in for your appointment and have to wait for hours before being seen . They schedule my child an appointment sent me a reminder a few time threw email , when I arrived for the appointment I was told she didn’t have one . Showed them the reminder and still wasn’t seen . My child could have went to school instead of wasting time ,gas, and energy . This facility needs to learn time management and courtesy to their patience. They are rude and talk about you in Spanish little did they know I could understand . Get it together urban health ."
"My daughter has been coming to this clinic since 2 weeks old never had a problem before covid. I recently came in for a walk-in around 10am because my daughter wasn’t feeling good and the lady at the reception desk told me my daughter couldn’t be seen because there wasn’t enough providers. She suggested I come back the next day at 8am. I left feeling angry and my daughter’s needs weren’t taken care of. Please get it together and hire more workers Covid is still around but the pandemic has ended.I hope next time I won’t have the same problem because I’m going to have to change my baby’s clinic n provider."
"The worst service I’ve ever experienced with my daughter. When arrived for the appointment, they put me on the side in order for them to do their play their dirty game. After waiting for 1 and half hour I went to the front desk asking what’s going on. Anytime I talk to someone they give me a false statement why I’m waiting for all that time. If you don’t speak Spanish forget here. I wanted to keep this clinic because I live nearby but I’m fed up. I’m changing from today. Enough is enough."
"it's unbelievable how unprofessional and arrogant the women at the front desk at the dentist's office are. I was in the office a week ago with a bleeding and swollen crown and the doctor told me to wait until the crown falls out and come back to the office anytime to cement it and stop the bleeding. Before I went I called on the phone and they told me to go the next day when I arrived in the morning the woman at the reception started arguing with me that she couldn't accept me and that she didn't care what the doctor had said and accused me of lying. They obviously have a big problem at this office and I don't know why no one is doing anything about these two incompetent and rude receptionists"
"I called the OBGYN before making a walk-in appointment to have the gender of my unborn child announced to me. The blood test results were listed as "unable to report" in my patient's chart. A nurse or a doctor would need to read the report to you, according to the medical assistant on the other end of the telephone. I entered as a walk-in and the nurse helped me. She was informed of my ovarian pain and the fact that I also needed to know the outcome of my blood examination. I will need to redo the test, the nurse informed me after reading the same result of "unable to report". I politely declined and requested an ultrasound instead. I was taken into another room by her where she used the doppler to hear my fetal heartbeat. The nurse confirmed that I would receive an ultrasound. She GAVE ME the choice to visit the doctor today, and I ANSWERED "NO" to that. Ten minutes later, the nurse came up to me and told me to proceed to the third floor to see the doctor. I was asked about the pain by Dr. Napoli. He completely disregarded me when I indicated that I was experiencing ovarian discomfort, responding, "You wouldn't know what ovarian pain is." He merely hastily measured my belly before stating that everything was fine. When I enquired about the ultrasound, he adamantly informed me that I would not be receiving one. The nurse never said that I would receive an ultrasound, according to the MA who was dispatched by Dr. Napoli to check with the nurse to see if she had in fact said that I had one. With the words "We have your results. I'll have someone get them," the doctor ignored what I had to say and pushed me into the waiting area. After another 15 minutes of sitting in the waiting room, a nurse and a counselor tried to charge me for a second test while simultaneously informing me the findings weren't yet available. Why should I pay for a mistake the clinic made when sending out the first blood test, according to the report, which was done by a medical staff member?"
