"The front desk had no compassion or empathy at all. I literally went to the wrong building 670 as this was my first time there and was lost. I got to the building at 7:56 app was for 7:45 there is a grace period when i got to the floor i looked for direction the directory on second floor told me to go in an opposite direction. Overall had a bad experience getting there to be told because i was 2 mins past the grace period i would have to reschedule or wait to see if the next appointment canceled only then i would be seen. I work in customer service and that is not how you provide service. First impression not the best for sure."
