"Very fresh product and at a good price"

"Purchased 6 months of contact lenses from the Fishkill store. I received a phone call from the optical department that they had arrived and were ready to be picked up. I drove 40 minutes to get them after work. The Sam's Club Optical website for Fishkill clearly states that their optical department closes at 8:30 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed by customer service that the optical depatrment closes at 7 PM, not 8:30 as their Fishkill website stated. I called the corporate headquarters and they said that would "put in a ticket" to correct their website. When I asked for a modest discount for the time and gas that was spent, I was informed by a supervisor that nothing could be done because the purchase was not made online. He informed me that an adjustment could be made by the optical department in Fishkill. When I called the Fishkill optical department, I was informed by a manager that since their card and sign on the building stated that the department closes at 7, they would refuse to make an adjustment. Horrible customer service all the way around!"
