"Waiting for a patient to an have endoscopy (appt at 11 and not taken until 1230). Also, was told to be at the facility by 10:15. Absurd - not necessary. 45 minutes before procedure was to be done? Does not take 45 minutes to complete paperwork. Providers are all amazing. However, scheduling process is a bit frustrating. Listening to the same publication on the TV was torture. Watched the same thing at least 40 times. Staff mentioned it could not be adjusted. This is trivial compared to other experiences at other free standing facilities. The staff is wonderful so still giving it 5 stars."
"My wife and I both have hade diagnostic procedures at Bridgeview Endoscopy. The staff is friendly and professional. We were both anxious about the procedures but the receptionists, nurses, anesthesiologist, and our Doctor, Doctor Nikolla, made us feel secure and relaxed. We appreciated the follow up calls the morning after the procedures. This is the way medicine should be practiced and we appreciate their compassionate care!"
