"Rude in one word ! Office staff was so rude almost left before seeing Dr but after waiting months for appointment I waited and waited 2hrs. Saw Dr for 45 seconds and he started yelling at staff to get get appointment for surgery, Wait what - surgery? Did I miss something? I was fine when I came in, just wanted to be checked after turning 40. When I told them I wanted a second opinion the staff became even ruder if possible and basically walked me to door. Went to a good doctor and I was fine, didn't even need glasses yet for reading. Don't waste your time and insurance $ going there. Unless you want to be abused !"
"Good doctor, but you will wait forever for appointments and if you think that is bad wait until you go there , take a lunch. Rude staff and expect to be lied to by staff ! Can't speak for Middletown office but Matamoros office staff couldn't keep a job at Walmart, RUDE Had appointment for exam and EYE EXAM for prescription, got told as soon as got there wasn't getting eye test/prescription! Half the day and half the job, bet they billed insurance for both."
"I could not be happier with this office! My husband had a bad cataract and they got him for surgery within 2 weeks of seeing dr Palydowycz!! He was amazing!! Highly recommend this dr!!"
"Made me wait 2 months for appointment. Received call for reminder. Woman on phone was terribly rude. Was not impressed with doctore last time either. But canceled appointment when told I will be force to wear a mask. Sorry I am not doing this again. Most Doctors offices do not require masks anymore. Will not participate."
