"They canceled my appointment weeks in advance, never notified me, then sent an appointment reminder text a couple days before hand. Drove over an hour and took (unpaid) time off work to show up just to be told the next time I could be seen will be in a month and a half. This is after already waiting 2 months for this one."

"Have to constantly call for my meds and fight to get the prescription. I am roght now actually two times I've called an I hear is I sent it too the doctor. Ride Aid gave me a pop top instead of a babyproof one and the meds spilled all over in my bag that had a cold can in it and it was to late by the time I realized the bottle opened and they all got wet. I need this medicine too literally function during the day. I'm struggling in work and everywhere else because of this ."

"Their billing department is incompetent. My wife has called them four times and left messages each time, to get insurance figured and they have yet to call her back. She called the first time at the beginning of April. And they refuse to see her because of insurance issues. If you expect your customer’s insurance to be figured out before you see them and they call you to try and fix it and you don’t call them back. That’s completely ridiculous. At all cost avoid them if you can just because of their billing department."
