"Extremely rude receptionists. Call and call for days during business hours and the phone goes directly to answering machine. They won’t pre authorize medicines that your insurance will pay for. And they won’t explain their reasoning. They never send in your prescriptions on time and or completely screw up the order. End up playing phone tag between their office ( if you’re lucky to get through) and your pharmacist. Incompetence at the highest level!!!! Avoid at all costs if you need timely, courteous , honest and fair treatment. You’ve been warned. There’s a reason they have a 2 star rating…. Not to mention they dropped me as a client after this exact review somewhere else."

"Thie doctors office is horrible. They very rarely ever answer their phone, and there isnt even a voicemail to leave a message if they dont. My elderly grandmother has had to go without necessary refills on her medications because they dont answer their phones!"

"Have to constantly chase to get prescriptions refilled. Had an appt at 1p. Arrived at 12:50p to find the door locked as evidently their practice is to lock their patients out in the cold over their lunch hour. Currently 1:07p and yet to have the door unlocked. Hope the food is good."

"Don’t go here if you expect to need medication at any time. I had called and transferred here because my np had moved out of the area. I explained briefly that I needed pain meds that are controlled substances. I was told that would not be an issue. The appointment was ok. Receptionist is the rudest person I’ve encountered in a long time. The np was very nice. Knowledgeable. But really didn’t have time to get a complete medical history because they had her overbooked. Called in medication to the wrong pharmacy. Ok. Mistakes happen. But when I needed them to send a prior authorization to the insurance company as to why I need the medication I am on they refused. “It isn’t office procedure. We do not and will not send a prior authorization.” Seriously??? Then why when I called and told them the medication I am taking didn’t they tell me that then? I would never have switched! One appointment was one too many. Unfortunately because I really like the nurse and the np."

"Receptionist said my appointment was 11:45am when I booked. I did not receive a reminder, last one I received for them was for an appointment in August. I showed up at 11:45am in a snowstorm to be told that the appointment was 11:30am and had to be rescheduled. There was no availability for more than 5 weeks. I had elevated lab results and medication changes that needed to be discussed. They can be late all they want but if there is any miscommunication and you’re late because the receptionist was wrong you can’t be seen despite needing care. This is why people are dying, healthcare has turned into a rushed transaction and they don’t care. Last 2 times I’ve been to this place the provider was rushing, not listening and I would have gotten more attention from a squirrel. Switching doctors ASAP so I don’t have medical issues resulting from awful care from the providers at this office."
