"These guys just suck. Tried them after my doc moved out of town. The doctor is fine, but the interaction with lady in the front that sells glasses is laughably terrible. 100% big Karen energy. I’ve worn glasses for 25 years and this lady acts like you know nothing about glasses while I’ve probably had 30 pairs over the years. I’ve never butted heads with someone in the medical profession like this lady. Handed me glasses with clearly the wrong lens in one eye and she basically told me I was wrong and they were exactly right. I could not see. No straining of my eye could have ever made me see through that lens. I fully expect to go back and have them be wrong again and then have to dispute it with the credit card. Never had any trouble like this before. My prescription is super weak, so nothing difficult about anything. If I had to guess, she makes a commission on glasses they sell and wasn’t pleased that I brought my own frames after theirs were so bad. I would have bought a $500 pair of glasses from these dummies if they had anything good like Tom Ford or Persol or whatever. DON’T GO HERE. Fricking Walmart is vastly superior which is sad."

"Worst experience I have ever had at any doctor office. The staff was polite until it came to the doctors assistant. He was ill mannered, harsh, rude, and told me he didn't like me after I asked him why he was treating me the way he was. I left there in tears. I also called and nobody cared. They said they would call me back and its been three days and nothing! Crickets!"
