"Went last year for eye exams for my son and I, and new glasses. They don’t apparently do glasses. I’m, excuse me. They gave us a number for a different office to go fill our prescriptions. Today I call, and they answered hello, just hello…not identifying that I’ve called the right place until I asked. Do not recommend. Highly unprofessional."
"I want to start off that I have never dealt with Dr. O'Brien, but have seen Dr. Sharp for over eight years since moving to the area. I have nothing but praise for her. She has always been great to work with and has gone above and beyond when trying to get me in a decent pair of contacts as I have horrible vision. The office staff is friendly and accommodating; however, the level of disrespect I received yesterday when trying to get a new pair of glasses at optical is the reason for this review. Apparently the optical policy is if you bring back glasses for any reason and they refund the cost you are required to pay upfront for the cost of any glasses in the future and there will be no refund no matter what the reason. The reason I returned the glasses a year ago was because I couldn't see well out of them and I was getting headaches. This policy should have been explained to me a year ago when I returned the glasses. Not a year later when I came in for my yearly checkup. The gentleman explaining this all to me was completely unprofessional in the entire encounter. I have had issues with him in the past from not returning phone calls to not calling when glasses were in, but yesterday was the final straw. I don't know how someone can operate in this community when one of their core values is to "recognize every patient's importance and strive to meet their needs in any way possible." Telling me I am on the hook for any glasses ordered at the Optical center going forward even if I can't see out of them doesn't seem like they are meeting my needs. I understand that they lose money on refunding glasses as they were built specifically for me, but expecting someone to pay for glasses they can't use doesn't seem right. The whole purpose of seeing an eye doctor is to be able to see better after the exam and glasses fitting process is done. I wish the doctors well at this practice, but you lost my families business from one interaction from an unprofessional gentleman in the Optical side of the practice."
"Have left several messages and no response for frame adjustment."
"They accommodated my emergency need Immediately. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient with a very competent MD PC."
"Very unhappy with the service of the optical department. Ordered and PAID for new glasses on June 8th and still have not received them. Ordered a pair of glasses for my husband online on June 9th and had them in hand by June 18th. So what is the problem?"
