Reviews
"I've been here a number of times over the years. Seems to be circling the drain. Long wait times, rude support staff, indifferent physicians. If you have a bullet wound they might be able to give you a band aid next Thursday."
"I've been to this Urgent Care twice in the last four months. The first was in the fall in response to a tick bite. My wait was less than 20 minutes and my conversations with the nurse/NP were thorough regarding my treatment options. I was pleased with the outcome and am showing no signs of Lyme, 4 months later. The second was this morning because I was on my 15th day of sinusitis. The wait was long - an hour and forty minutes, but I knew it was going to be. There's a lot going around out there. But again, the nurse and NP were attentive and patient and heard me out. We discussed a treatment plan and I am satisfied with the result of my visit. There are so many negative reviews, and I realize that it's tough to be happy when you're sick, but I don't think this urgent care gets enough credit for the valuable resource they are to our community. Personally, I'm thankful."
"If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Went to be seen for an ongoing head/chest cold I had for well over 10 days that was progressively getting worse. Amy Bridge the nurse practitioner was very rude, unprofessional and had absolutely no care or concern other then to get me out as soon as possible. Told me I basically just had a cold and to let it run its course, I could potentially have RSV but it's too soon to test for it to come back in another 10 days if I don't get better. Did not prescribe anything to help and acted as if what I was saying meant nothing. When leaving, I asked a different nurse if I could get a work note since I had missed 3 days already. I was rudely told to just use my discharge paperwork. I went down the st to RRH Urgent care where they were extremely caring. Left with xrays done, antibiotics, and a work excuse. We will NEVER be going to this place again."
"Everytime I have gone here I have had some sort of terrible and weird experience. The staff acts extremely unqualified, lazy and rude. I have let a few incidents go in the past but have recently ended up in the hospital with issues that couldve been avoided, because of their neglect and straight laziness. Do not bring your children here and do not go here if you expect to be treated."
"Please do not go here. Took my friend here, as they were having extreme pain in their back, suddenly onset. Went here first, trying to be responsible, was told that "it was probably just a muscle strain", and that "You're probably overreacting" Also, one of the nurses asked my friend "do you drink [alcohol]?" They answered yes, to which the nurse responded that "you really shouldn't be doing that"... Thanks? After being dismissed and talked down to, the pain got worse. We went to a hospital afterwards. In the same exact day, my friend got diagnosed w/a severe lower back injury. Really funny how that works!"
