Best Vision

"My family had been going to best vision for several years since I was little, they always treated us nicely, I remember my parents struggling with 5 kids 4 whom all had glasses including them(my parents). We were always told our ins only paid so much and we would end up having a huge bill. My mother was also always told she was getting a discount for having all her kids there. Well as an adult I decided to look into my ins so I could get glasses on my own. I work with insurances daily now as part of my job, I decided to elsewhere any my glasses exam and everything was almost all covered, I paid extra for scratch resistance and stuff but it was no where near as expensive as they were charging me. I as an adult am utterly disgusted by the amount of money my mother had to spend on glasses because these people like to lie ("your insurance doesn't cover this") We were also told at time we didn't have insurance, or they were trying to tell us we had less coverage than we actually had. Example $200 frame allowance and then 20% off remainder, but we were told less and no % off after allowance."

"Seriously don't go anywhere else. You'll pay more here, but there's a VERY good reason. I used to go to America's Best because it's budget-friendly. Big mistake. After 3 months my glasses would be scratched like crazy. These are QUALITY GLASSES! Two years and not a SCRATCH!!"

"I've been going to Sarah at Best Vision for years and I just love her and Amy. Amy, and any other staff I've dealt with over the years, are always kind, patient, helpful and efficient (I feel badly for taking so long to write a review, but, in my defense, I don't do many anyway). Also, if you're as blind as a bat without your glasses, as I am, you can trust them to help you pick out frames & give an honest opinion on how they look. I've even let Amy talk me into trying different styles I normally wouldn't choose (with the option of return if I didn't like them) and always received so many compliments, I'm more quick to trust her picks. Even when I do disagree and pick something else, there was never any attitude about it, as I've received in the past at other places. The few issues I've ever had were cheerfully and immediately taken care of and if I need an adjustment I can just show up and they'll take care of it as quickly as possible. I don't believe I've ever waited longer than 10-15 mins for a walk-in adjustment & they're always free, even some minor repairs! I recently moved and I'm definitely going to miss going there. I highly recommend Best Vision."

"I love this place ! They are so friendly and so nice to everyone. They help with all of your needs and are very understanding. Very clean and when I got my eye exam it smelled like pumpkin and was very pleasant. I go here every-time I need glasses and they are very efficient and my glasses broke and they got me new ones within an hour"
