She was very attentive to what I was saying and did many tests to see exactly what was going on. Definitely recommend seeing her along with Dr. Daye with any Orthopedic issues."

"I have been going here for several years for my knee. I had sent in a request for a medication refill. Which was denied as I hadn't been in for awhile. That was fine, I would have just scheduled an appointment. But I was also told that they would not be filling my script as I had recently had surgery at another orthopedic office, so I should ask that office for any prescriptions I needed. 1. The surgery I had was not related to my knee at all! 2. Also, how did they even obtain this information? I never had any records from this surgery sent to them? They are part of General Physicians same as my primary. So I'm assuming they saw it on my patient portal? The next day they retracted and said I could schedule an appointment so I could get a refill. But I have no interest in going back."

"Partner fractured proximal humerus in a slip and fall accident. He knew this after a visit to a WellNow urgent care facility. Called Primary's office (Richard Charles), who scheduled an appointment the next day with the Physician's Assistant in his office who COULD DO NOTHING for this matter. PA then referred partner to orthopedist they work with, Charles's wife's office (Lisa Daye) where partner was seen two days later by PA Melissa Aduddle who failed to order any additional imaging and only used the initial urgent care x-ray images. He complained about severe pain and feeling bone grinding in the shoulder at both offices where he was seen. She provided him with a 6" white elastic strap shoulder immobilizer, told him to keep the arm still and scheduled an appointment and follow-up imaging for weeks later. Imaging two weeks later revealed ball of humerus was SHATTERED and falling over. PA Melissa Aduddle called my partner and shamed him for "not behaving himself"?!! Melissa Aduddle is a dud and her services were a complete FAIL. I have no idea what kind of doctor Lisa Daye is other than she is failing to supervise the PAs under her as they practice medicine with only a five year degree while billing for doctor visits. Once PA realized her mistake, we went to Dr. Michael O'Leary at Excelsior to clean up their mess. (NOTE: Daye is supposed to be an orthopedic surgeon). We went from sub-par third world medical care with General Physicians Practice to state-of-the art comprehensive orthopedic medical care at Excelsior. I would not recommend Daye's office and I would strongly encourage others to go to any other orthopedic practice. If NEGATIVE five stars was a thing, I would have given that rating for this office. I hope this review helps others when making their decision on orthopedic health care providers."

"Dr. Daye was great! She performed a thorough analyzation of my knee problem and provided a realistic remedy, prescription and exercise program. During my visit not once did I feel like was about to be up upsold on surgery or the latest drug her practice is associated with to hit a monthly quota. She was very thorough and personable.
