"I am taking the ekg and phlebotomy course. The teacher is mostly good, however there is a lady in the office who has no professionalism. She yelled at me and shamed me infront of another student because she didnt like that i failed an exam. It was extremely rude and embarrassing. Editing this to respond the reply: I finished a 2 hour exam in 1 hour which was perfectly normal considering i wasnt the only one. I completed each question to the best of my knowledge and you yelled at me for not taking extra time to double guess my answers and change them to all be wrong. Your response to these reviews shows just how little professionalism you actually have. Also considering half the class failed that pretty much shows your program is not that great Editing again to add that the lady is now threatening my entire class to get us to stay silent while she breaks NHA rules for their exams. "I just finished my Pharmacy Technician Course at Access Institute in Kew Gardens with Dr. Kabiraj. She is an amazing Dr., Women as well as teacher. She gives 100% to her students and makes us feel like family. Anyone that takes a class from her will be lucky to have her in your life. She makes sure you pass the class by giving you 100% of herself in teaching you what you don't understand."

"Mrs. Brown is the best teacher I’ve ever had. I am so grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting such a wonderful person, mentor, and Instructor. Her class is not only informative and well taught, she makes it so students do not lose interest. I am now in my internship and something they have asked me to do was triaging and I already knew how to. I can take blood pressure without a machine and so many more skills. I thank her for being patient and giving me an opportunity to be the best I can be. Her influence has gotten me this far and I plan to keep going."
