"This is the first time i had to absolutely give them a zero star review. I had an abcess tooth and im in excruciating pain. The urgent care dentist im have my tooth extracted with tomorrow, told me to call wny medical and have antibiotics sent over right away so they will be in my system before the procedure and also help stop the infection. Still after 2 hrs the on call dr never called back. The excuse was that the on call isnt available! WTH?! My question is, why have an on call DR when they too arent taking any calls! Whats the purpose of them! Finally the oncall didnt have the decency to call me back he had the answering svc do it to tell me,to go to the er and wait 6 or 7 hrs there and let them prescribe you antibiotics! All he had to do was his job,but no! He'd rather have someone else do it for him! USELESS DR! Still yet here i sit in the worst pain i have ever been in, waiting for 8am so I can have it pulled! and wny medical could care less!"

"The ugliest medical facility I’ve ever been in and located inside a strip mall no less. The only reason I went is because my doctor moved there. The waiting room was hideous, complete with a smoke detector that needed new batteries - periodically chirping high pitched warnings the entire time patients waited. Who does that!!! Staff were nice - the only redeemable feature in the dump."

"This place is horrible. You get there, they don't have authorised parking. Then, you enter and it smells worse than cigarette smoke. The place is dirty and disgusting.The receptionist is mostly friendly. But I still waited 3h even though I had an appointment. Then you can hear through the walls what others patients history is. Breach of Hipa. Last the person I saw knew less than I do about medicine. Of course I switched my primary care provider, since they are unprofessional and the clinic is disgusting. I called twice to cancel on them and of course I can only get the voicemail. How are you suppose to cancel? They call back and don't even leave a number. The person who left the number was mumbling it. Then on top of it, the day I wanted to cancel to begin with, I got a voicemail that the provider got sick and can't make it. This is a joke! I hope they close the office because they don't do any service to anyone. It's just a waste of time and a bad experience. If you have any self respect you don't go to this place."

"All practitioners and other staff are unprofessional and seem like they have no idea what they're doing. They break laws by leaving HIPPA information on voicemails; don't get back to nurse's line messages for a month, and keep you waiting at least an hour in the waiting room every single time. I couldn't leave there as a patient quickly enough. Luckily, I'm healthy and don't have a lot going on, but I can't imagine how I would deal if I had a number of health conditions. Waiting for prescriptions to be sent to the pharmacy and having to ask for a reasonable amount of refills was like pulling teeth. I would think it would be simple enough to be in and out of there but I literally would wait an hour or more to be seen to the point I would have to say "I have to go I have to work!" And then my appointment would be 5 minutes long and I wouldn't be able to discuss anything. I wish they would investigate this office for the poor services provided and what the consequences are for their patients. Never seen anything so awful in my life!"
